Let’s go!

We’re live! But there’s still lots to do. We analyse the performance and offer different techniques to market your creation with the correct positioning.

The Brief

We love to build websites that match and extend the personality of the business or brand. That’s why every project starts with a conversation. The more we learn about your business, your goals and your competitors, the more we can provide you in our initial proposal and later designs.

Our first conversation is an informal 90-minute chat about how we can work together. Websites and apps arrive in a variety of complexities so until our initial conversation, it is very hard to provide an accurate quote. Pricing can vary dependent on what stage of the process we meet and the level of service desired. Some clients have dedicated severs whilst some haven’t discovered their ideal domain name.

Design is not just about how awesome your new website looks. It’s also about the structure and how easy & logical it is for future users to navigate their way around your creation. We believe in omitting the clutter and making sure the important information is first and foremost.

After the initial design brief we’ll provide a logical sitemap along with potential fonts and colour palettes. Once you love the basic ingredients for your project, we’ll start creating the wireframe layouts.

These will clearly display how your website will function and look. Only when you love what you’re seeing, we move on to the next step. This is true for every stage of our projects.

The App Designer - Beautiful Designs

Now it’s time to add the all-important creative touches that transform the blueprints into a modern and sleek working website.

A lot of design agencies shout about being mobile friendly. We figured it’s 2016 and everyone should expect that as standard. Your mobile site is developed alongside the main development.

Before launch, we test your site, you test your site and we test your site some more! The site is optimised for search engines (SEO) and images fine-tuned to enable the fastest load time. Once both parties are happy, we move the site from our development area to your live website.

We’re live! But there’s still lots to do. We monitor the performance of the site and can offer different techniques to market your creation with the correct positioning. We love to hear how your clients are finding the design and will happily action any great recommendations.

A week after launch it’s good to meet so we can officially hand over the website and show you how it works. We build our sites on content management systems (CMS) to make it as easy as possible for you to keep your website up to date.

Unlike other design agencies, we keep in close contact with our clients and we’re always available when you need us.

Google Analytics

__utma Cookie
A persistent cookie - remains on a computer, unless it expires or the cookie cache is cleared. It tracks visitors. Metrics associated with the Google __utma cookie include: first visit (unique visit), last visit (returning visit). This also includes Days and Visits to purchase calculations which afford ecommerce websites with data intelligence around purchasing sales funnels.

__utmb Cookie & __utmc Cookie
These cookies work in tandem to calculate visit length. Google __utmb cookie demarks the exact arrival time, then Google __utmc registers the precise exit time of the user.

Because __utmb counts entrance visits, it is a session cookie, and expires at the end of the session, e.g. when the user leaves the page. A timestamp of 30 minutes must pass before Google cookie __utmc expires. Given__utmc cannot tell if a browser or website session ends. Therefore, if no new page view is recorded in 30 minutes the cookie is expired.

This is a standard 'grace period' in web analytics. Ominture and WebTrends among many others follow the same procedure.

__utmz Cookie
Cookie __utmz monitors the HTTP Referrer and notes where a visitor arrived from, with the referrer siloed into type (Search engine (organic or cpc), direct, social and unaccounted). From the HTTP Referrer the __utmz Cookie also registers, what keyword generated the visit plus geolocation data.

This cookie lasts six months. In tracking terms this Cookie is perhaps the most important as it will tell you about your traffic and help with conversion information such as what source / medium / keyword to attribute for a Goal Conversion.

__utmv Cookie
Google __utmv Cookie lasts "forever". It is a persistant cookie. It is used for segmentation, data experimentation and the __utmv works hand in hand with the __utmz cookie to improve cookie targeting capabilities.
